When Nikil joined the practice, he brought a technologist’s precision to a field that still relied heavily on handshake agreements and outdated processes. His background in artificial intelligence and software, combined with direct experience managing over $205 million in residential investment assets, created a new standard: luxury-caliber management with modern, editorial efficiency.

Bay Area Luxury Management exists because Mohini and Nikil recognized that residences valued at $2 million and above need a fundamentally different approach.
